It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY: We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer unless specified under the product description or title. Please call customer service at (714)835-3400 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs upon returning any product. Any items returned without an RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY: Softgoods and merch orders are normally shipped within 48 hours when placed Monday-Friday. Custom frame, fork, and handlebar orders are normally shipped within 3-4 weeks. Shipping times for United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority are 1-2 days to most U.S. locations, 3 days for Alaska/Hawaii, and 6-10 days to international locations. For international orders, customs charges, excise taxes and/or duties are not included in the shipping cost.
